I had a very unpleasant experience with the male manager. After I did so he then followed and watched me going into my mom’s apartment. I’d be cautious if you’re considering living her because it’s evident there is no privacy and the manager is very unkind. I have lived in many apartments in different cities, and Villa Faria tops them all. Not only are the apartments gorgeous, but they have so much storage. They have a Hair and nail salon on the property which is within a couple minutes walk from my apartment. They have a great pool and hot tub that is awesome during those hot summer days. They have a big gym with all the equipment that you would ever need. (I totally canceled my gym membership!) Management is awesome.

To verify school enrollment eligibility, contact the school district directly. On site manager is very unprofessional and does not treat tenants with respect. When I attempted to contact the area supervisor to file a complaint she was also extremely unprofessional.
